LolitaKnot Wishlist! ~

Hello my little Shortcakes! ~

Today I would like to share with you my wishlist from a Taobao reseller store I found recently; LolitaKnot! <3

As you may know I am someone that usually prefer shopping via Taobao resellers, especially since I need to order my clothes in custom sizes so it makes the process so much easier! ^w^

The website is super easy to use with a button for Custom Sizes and Plus Sizes right on the homepage so you don't have to scroll through the dresses to try and find which ones are going to fit you! ~

You can also shop by styles like Sweet, Classic or Gothic which is also very convenient when shopping! :3

 So now, let's get onto my wishlist! *v*

~ Surface Spell Dancing Rose Embroidery Skirt ~

That skirt from Surface Spell have been on my wishlist for several years already! ^w^ I don't know if I would like it more with the pink roses or the blue roses... I already have a white skirt with pink details so I think I would chose blue for a change! What do you think? :3

~ Surface Spell Dancing Rose Embroidery Jumperskirt ~

I honestly really love the jumperskirt version, too! ;o; I think it would be perfect for casual Lolita looks since the design is so simple! ~ I also only have one white jumperskirt in my closet so this would be a nice addition to my collection! ^w^

~ Princess Lolita Puffy/Flare Sleeves Blouse ~

Oh my gosh do I love this blouse!! ^w^ I don't have any Princess sleeves blouses in my collection so I think it would be a really nice staple to have! <3 I also love the details around the collar and the bottom of the blouse! ~

~ Angelic Imprint Sailor Lolita Shoes ~

These shoes would be adorable for Sailor Lolita! :3 I believe you can also chose the colour and style that you like! ~ I would love to have these in pink with white details for Sailor looks, it would be perfect! ^w^

~ Angelic Imprint Pink Sandals ~

I don't have any Lolita sandals and I think they would look very nice with Country Lolita looks! :3 I think that sandals would be so useful to have for summer months! ~ I love the cute little bow and the strap design, it's adorable! ^w^

~ Angelic Imprint "Tea Party Style" Shoes ~

Nothing beats a good Tea Party shoe!! <3 If I can order them in the colour that I want, I think I would get them in yellow for my closet since I don't have any yellow shoes! :3

~ Lovely Lota Heart Shaped Bag ~

When I saw this bag, my heart skipped a beat! *v* I love the pink on white design and I think it would match so nicely with the Surface Spell skirt I talked about earlier in my post! ~ I think it's a lovely design and it would be quite versatile for my closet too! <3

~ Loris Star Bag ~

I love this bag so much! ^w^ The design is simple and the finish is so elegant. ~ I cannot decide which colour I like this most for this bag so I included all three of them! XD; I think the blue one would be the most practical for my closet though! ~

~ Cat Cookie Bag ~

This bag is so adorable!! ;w; <3 It would probably don't match a lot of things in my closet but I just love the design so much, it's so original and cute!! ^w^

~ Loris Moon Bag ~

 

This bag have also been on my wishlist since FOREVER! XD; I love the little cloud shape along the moon! ;w; <3 I like all the colours but I think the blue, pink or white would be the most practical for my closet! ~

Can you believe it's the first time this year that I wear proper Country Lolita? ;o; With my new short hair I thought it looked weird when I would put my hair in braids... ;w; But since I had a picnic with my friend Catherine on that day I knew I wanted to wear Country! ~ I went for something quite casual; My gingham pink skirt paired with a white cutsew and simple flowery accessories! ^w^ I was comfy and it made me happy! ~

So that was my latest outfits for now! ^w^

52 Weeks of Lolita! ~ How strict are you in applying the rules to yourself? To others?

Hello my little Shortcakes! ^w^

Today, I'm back on my blog again with another prompt from the 52 Weeks of Lolita challenge! ~ This time, the subject is...

How strict are you in applying the rules to yourself? To others?

Honestly, this subject is very interesting for me because I've been into Lolita fashion for almost 12 years now and sometimes the longer people are into the fashion, the more flexible they are with "The Rules"! Often they will try to be much more experimental with the fashion; Mixing "normie" elements with their outfits or trying to mix different styles with Lolita fashion! And most of the time, they are doing it so nicely and beautifully, I am admiring them so much for that! ~

But, for me personally I really love some kind of "cookie cutter" coordinates! ^w^'' I genuinely love when everything matches perfectly; the colours, the theme and the textures! I am not someone that does experiment with Lolita fashion that much, at least not as much as other more experienced Lolitas does!

So overall I think that for me I really like to stick to the rules when it comes to Lolita fashion! The only "Rule" I've been trying to bypass lately have been animal ears with Lolita fashion, simply because I like it so much! :3 Whenever I see a themed coordinate, I feel like it's been something that is much more acceptable lately! ^w^

Now, for others... I've always been someone that is more into the "let people do whatever they want" mindset! XD; But, of course if someone is trying to put together a proper Lolita outfit, I think it's better if they stick to the "Rules" and try to do at least a handful or proper outfits before they go into the experimenting route! Especially if their goal is to be a proper Lolita, that is! :3

But other than that, I really like seeing more experimental coordinates from other people! ~ I love seeing the creativity of other people with their outfits in the fashion and it's something I really admire a lot, even if it's not something I would do myself! ^w^
