Daily Outfits! ~ August 11th to August 26th!

Hello my little Shortcakes! :3

I'm back on my blog today with my latest outfits! ~

I've been dressing up quite a bit lately and since I started a new job in where I can wear Lolita (which I am very grateful for!) you can expect a lot more outfits in the future for sure! ^w^ I hope you're going to enjoy them! <3

I haven't worn that lovely Sailor Lolita dress in SO long! :3 It was fun to do a coord with it! ~ This time I coordinated it with white and simple accessories themed around bows! ^w^

I really loved my outfit for our meetup! :3 I knew I wanted to wear Country Lolita since it was a picnic and I picked up that skirt to coord at the last minute! ~ There is some little flowers on it that match nicely with the Country aesthetic in my opinion! I added my new cat necklace and some accessories themed around pearls for that elegant touch which match nicely with the polka dots on the skirt also! :3

I wanted to wear something closer to my usual style since I knew I got the job already! XD; So I coordinated my Don't Eat Bunny dress along with pink and accessories themed around tea parties and sweets! ~ I really loved my outfit for that day and I felt really confident in it! ^w^ (It also helped that I got my hair colour redone, hehe! :3)

It was super hot on that day so I wanted to wear something nice and light! ^w^ I really love pairing that peachy pink headdress with that skirt, I think that they go really well together! ~ I tried to keep a flowers & pearl theme with my accessories! :3

I was inspired by Fireball Mario for my outfit on that day! (Which kinda give you an idea about where I started to work, hehe! >:3) I tried to keep my outfit quite simple for my first day because I didn't know what to expect but I tried to do a bolder red and white makeup which I really liked! ^w^

I wanted to wear something more casual on that day! ~ So I coordinated my plain blue skirt along with peachy pink, some little bit of white and accessories themed around bunnies for a fun touch! :3

Again, something on the lighter side for a hot day! ^w^ I really love how that headdress match so nicely with that gingham skirt! ~ I also chose accessories themed around bunnies and flowers to complete that look! :3

August 2021 Lolita Meetup! ~ Picnic in a Park!

Hello my little Shortcakes! :3

I'm back on my blog today with a post I haven't done in a while; A Lolita Meetup post! ^w^

Last weekend I was lucky enough to host a meetup for my local Lolita community after more than a year and a half without seeing eachother! ;w; <3 I was so grateful and happy to see everyone back again and we even welcomed a new member into our small local community! ~

Since the weather was beautiful I decided that it  would be a lovely occasion to have a picnic together and then take a couple of pictures in a lovely park after! :3

We first started by eating our lunches since we were all hungry! ~

My lunch wasn't so aesthetic but I had my Hello Kitty bento box and my cute straw basket! ~ Also, our new community member Élodie brought some delicious mochi to share with us! :3 (She really knows how to make new friends! XD)

After our meal, we went to a nearby bridge to take our outfit pictures! ~

This was my outfit! :3 I decided to wear a Country Lolita outfit themed around cats, bows and flowers! ~ I don't wear that beautiful white skirt too often because I am afraid to get it dirty but it was perfect for the meetup on that day! :3

Catherine was so handsome in her Ouji outfit! *v* I think that the neckbow and the striped socks really complete the look perfectly! ~ I also let her borrow my parasol for that picture, hehe! :3

Élodie was so cute in that Country coordinate! ^w^ I cannot believe it was her first coord! ;w; <3 Everything matches so nicely together; her shoes, her bag and all the lovely pearl details through the coord! :3

Jenn looked so wonderful in her handmade skirt! ~ The print is so intricate and very gothic indeed! :3 I also really love the way she styled her hair; those curls suited her so well! ;w; <3

Érika was simply breathtaking in her Lady Sloth jumperskirt and blouse! <3 I love those pearl bracelets that she made especially to match her dress and her Steven Universe necklace also! :3

And the group pictures! :3 Everyone was so wonderful! ;w; <3 I feel so proud of my local community! ~

(I feel like I look like I don't know how to pose but I was trying so had to hide my remote! XD; It was the first time I was using my tripod outside my home also so I was a bit nervous... ><'')

We also took a couple pictures of matching coordinates! :3 Me and Élodie were both in Country so I had to get a picture with her! ;w; Also, Catherine and Jenn look like a wonderful Gothic painting together!! <3

We also took many silly pictures... XD;

Érika was just laughing at us in a corner, hahaha! >w<

It was so fun though, even if we all look terrible! : ' )

Overall I had such a nice day with everyone! ;w; <3 I was so happy to be able to host meetups in person again after so long! ~

It's always an honour to be able to host meetups for our community here, especially since we all live so far away from any big cities in our province... But I want to make sure that every Lolita, either new to the community or veterans like me get a nice experience of wearing the fashion all together! ~ That's what the community is all about, right? ^w^
